It has been 3 years since Jack Rourke had won the very first run which had started at the Golden Gate Bridge in California and ended in New York. Now a new story begins, 39 year old Chelsea  Ramos was destined to become a street racer until her trusted friend Catrina Martins betrays her and informs the police that she is the most wanted street racer in all of Las Vegas. afterwords it's the players turn to win the biggest Race event of all time and track down her enemie and humiliate her ONCE AND FOR ALL!!
